Insurance Plans We Accept

At Aesthetic Dermatology Associates, we participate with a wide range of commercial and Medicare plans. Insurance generally covers medical dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, Mohs surgery, and treatment for acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin conditions. Cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, and laser rejuvenation are not covered and are paid out of pocket.

Your benefits depend on your specific plan. Before your visit, contact your insurance company to confirm that we are in-network for your plan and to ask whether you need a referral. Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to every appointment. You are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible your plan requires.
